2007 PIAA Class AA State Champions

 

The 2007 Mountie softball team won its first PIAA Class AA state championship with an 11-6 win over District 3 powerhouse Brandywine Heights.  The Mounties’ 11-run outburst tied a PIAA championship game record for runs scored, and they pounded out a record 17 hits in the win.  The 2007 squad finished their season with a 23-4 record.

2011 PIAA Class AA State Champions

 
 The Mountie softball team earned its second PIAA Class AA state championship title with a 1-0 victory over District 3 champion Brandywine Heights in the first-ever PIAA softball championship game held at Penn State’s Nittany Lion Softball Park.  The win capped off a 25-1 season for the 2011 Mounties.
