Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School recognizes exceptional students each month on the basis of work ethic, attitude, attendance, citizenship, leadership and school spirit.
The student of the month program began in the 2011-12 school year from the work of the conduct committee, comprised of the following individuals: Joann Abersold, Rob Lazauskas, Jeff Vroman, Shasta Long, Kim Torres and William Stadtmiller.
