    Construction continues at the future Philipsburg Osceola Area Middle School. Construction on the auditorium and gym area continue. Cement is being poured and utilities are being run. Drywall and utilities continue to be installed in all areas of the renovation and addition. Exterior brick work is also taking place at the front of the building. Work continues in the courtyard area with the area being sealed and dirt being backfilled.

    Construction continues at the future Philipsburg Osceola Area Middle School. Demolition and construction continue in Phase R2 and R4. Roof replacement has started on the remainder of the original building. Utilities, floors, exterior and interior walls continue to be constructed on the addition.

    Construction continues at the current North Lincoln Hill building. Students moved into the current Phase R1 renovated area on April 1st. Seven classrooms are enjoying the renovated area. Completed flooring, walls, furniture, ceilings, and restrooms. Office areas and nurse suite are also complete. Construction continues on the addition and the renovation has started on Phase R2 and R4. Click on the picture to the left to view a slide show.

    Contractors have been painting, installing casework, lighting, heating/AC units and flooring in Phase R1 of the renovated area. Windows will be installed soon. The construction of main steel framework is moving along in the Phase N1 addition. Exterior walls, classroom framing, and pouring of concrete floors have also started to take shape in Phase N1 areas.

    Contractors have been busy inside and outside the building. Framing and drywall has taken place in phase 1 of the renovation. Contractors will begin painting soon. A new roof has also been installed in the phase 1 area. Outside the caissons are complete, footers have been poured, and steel framing is being set for the addition.

    Work crews arrived at the North Lincoln Hill site to begin construction on the future Philipsburg-Osceola Area Middle School. Much site work is taking place, including the drilling of cassions for the foundation of the addition. Some older segments of the current building were demolished. Classrooms were safely isolated from construction before school began on August 29. Asbestos was removed entirely before students entered the building.
