Music teachers will perform on Friday, March 9 during a special faculty concert at the HS at 7 p.m. All proceeds to benefit the P-O Music Department. The concert will feature an eclectic mix, including ragtime, Billy Joel, jazz and Irish folk. Admission is free and donations will be collected at the door. See flyer.

Philipsburg Elementary is organizing support for Emily Whitehead. Emily is a first grader at PE with leukemia. On Feb. 15, the school kicked off a series of fundraisers and is planning a walk-a-thon on Feb. 29. Emily's fans will sell purple bracelets, paper sneakers and Pizza Hut cards. The main office is collecting contributions for these fundraisers.
