One Dime at a Time
5th graders at Osceola Mills Elementary School started the OME Donation Foundation this year to help causes in need. The first fundraiser they created was for childhood cancer and was held in March. Students raised $3,000!!
One Dime at a Time!
Each year, student teams from the CIU 10 area are given the “STEM Design Challenge” to find a solution to an engineering problem. Students work in small teams to design and build their project out of a K’Nex Challenge set. Philipsburg and Osceola Elementary students participated on March 22, 2021. We are P-O proud!
Dinosaur Day
Students at Philipsburg Elementary School celebrated a dinosaur theme day.
POMS students participated in the MathCounts Competition Series on February 6th. Congratulations to Ella Wallace who qualified for the Chapter Invitational.

Great American Smoke Out Poster Contest Winners
6th grade students, Mason Marlow (1st place), Hayden Irwin (2nd), and Logan Snedden (3rd) received Amazon gift cards as awards for their Great American Smoke Out poster designs. The Great American Smoke Out poster contest is sponsored by the Clearfield-Jefferson Drug and Alcohol Commission.
kindness Lights
Light the World with Kindness!
The Autistic Support class at POMS started a kindness campaign throughout the school called Light the World with Kindness. Students and staff members completed light bulbs that described various acts of kindness.
Accuweather Donates Chromebooks to POASD!
