First period classes at POHS are having a coin war to raise funds for a fellow student. The class to raise the most money will be awarded a prize. Keep bringing in those coins!!!

Choose Kind
Autism Awareness Month
Students and staff at POHS wore t-shirts that said, "Choose Kind" in honor of Autism Awareness month. Funds from t-shirt sales benefit the PO Cares Closet.
Congratulations, Reading Rhinos!!
The POMS Reading Rhinos took 2nd place in the 2021 Reading Competition.
One Dime at a Time
5th graders at Osceola Mills Elementary School started the OME Donation Foundation this year to help causes in need. The first fundraiser they created was for childhood cancer and was held in March. Students raised $3,000!!
One Dime at a Time!
Each year, student teams from the CIU 10 area are given the “STEM Design Challenge” to find a solution to an engineering problem. Students work in small teams to design and build their project out of a K’Nex Challenge set. Philipsburg and Osceola Elementary students participated on March 22, 2021. We are P-O proud!
Dinosaur Day
Students at Philipsburg Elementary School celebrated a dinosaur theme day.

District News and Updates

On Saturday, June 5th, the POHS Prom timeline will be as follows:

5:00 – Students attending the prom arrive at POHS.

5:15 – Prom procession starts in the auditorium. Students will be announced on stage. Parents are welcome to attend!!

6:15 – All parents leave the campus so students can prepare for the parade to the Elks.

6:30 – Prom parade through town ending at the Elks.






National Superintendent Forum Video on Virtual Learning


Thank you to all those who took the time to film themselves and participate in this project. Unfortunately, due to time constraints not all videos were able to be used, but their involvement was greatly appreciated.


The POHS Tri-M Student Showcase premieres Thursday, May 27 @ 7pm. This concert features all of the music ensembles at the senior high plus 12 students performing solos!
