We here at Philipsburg-Osceola are excited to have this new student information system in place to provide you and your students access to their grades, discipline, attendance, school notifications, documents shared by administrative staff, and so much more!

If you are having trouble logging into your account, need the keyword to create a new account, or have general questions please click on the following link to our support form. Once you submit that form, someone from iTech will be in touch within 1-3 school days.
Sapphire Parent Support Form
If you are creating a new account, once you have submitted an application for the parent portal, it will be reviewed and approved/denied within 3 school days. After that time, if approved, you will receive an email with a pin number, to use in conjunction with your self-created username and password.
Digital Emergency Contact Cards:
We now have a digital version of the emergency cards we send home for you to fill in! You can utilize this online version right from inside your Sapphire parent portal, rather than filling out the paper version at home. Completing it in Sapphire is fast, easy and most of the information is pre-populated for you directly from our system. Once you complete it, it goes right to our enrollment office and updates the student record digitally.
