ANNOUNCEMENTS

We will be following the AM advisory schedule today.

​

The POHS Drama Club is having auditions for their spring musical Grease School Version on Wednesday, Dec. 17th. The sign-up sheet for audition times will be posted outside of room 200 at the end of AM advisory. This is open to all students grades 9-12.

​

There will be no detention or tutorial today after school due to a faculty meeting.  Makeup day will be this Friday after school.

​

Starting on Monday, December 15th – Friday, December 19th -Candy Cane Grams will be on sale ($1.00/per candy cane) during all lunch shifts. Help spread some holiday cheer by sending your friend, a teacher, or a staff member a candy cane gram!

​

Got the Christmas spirit?

Visit Rustic Ridge Farm in West Decatur December 18-20 for some festive fun.  Get mesmerized by the light displays, ice skate, sip hot cocoa and eat cookies while sharing your wish list Santa.

They're looking for volunteers, so sign up in the main office to rack up those community service hours!

Deadline for Ski Club sign ups is Friday, December 14th.  This means Tussey Mtn paid and permission slip + $25 turned into Mrs. Groves. Registration forms can be picked up in the Main Office.

​GUIDANCE:

Gladys Tozier Scholarship: The applicant must be a resident of Clearfield county. This scholarship is awarded on the basis of need, scholarship and character. Please stop in the Guidance office for more information. Deadline: March 20, 2026.

TODAY FOR LUNCH: The Bravo Bar on the left side of the cafeteria will be offering a Cyclone Noodle Bar this week. The right side of the cafeteria will be offering- Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Bowl, Steamed Broccoli, Baby Carrots, Fruit, & Milk.

Breakfast and lunch are free to all students again this year.  Please remember at breakfast, to take 3 of the 4 items. You must take at least ½ cup fruit or veggie with your breakfast. Also at lunch you must take at least 3 of the 5 components available which has to include a ½ cup of fruit or veggies. If you don't have a fruit or veggie you will be charged for a lunch.
