Student-Athlete Registration for 2026-2027
You can now register student-athletes for the 2026-2027 school year on ARBITER. Students in grades 7-12 must have a physical exam completed after May 1, 2026. This is required to participate in PIAA Athletics for the 26-27 school year. Sports Physicals May 22, 2026
P-O will have sports physicals at the High School on Friday, May 22, 2026. Students in 9th and 11th grade can have their physicals between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM. Students in 6th to 8th grades can ride the bus to the high school. They will have their physicals between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM. Please print Sections 5 and 6 of the PIAA CIPPE Forms from this link:

You will need to complete Section 5. You must bring both Sections 5 and 6 to the physical. Students can sign up for physicals in the Middle School Office or the High School Office. The cost of the physical is $15.
